EXCHANGE POSSIBLE ONLY IN FOLLOWING SITUATION:
If you received damaged products, Then sure we can exchange them for a fresh piece. in this situation, we need product video recording

If the real product is not the same as an image like less flair, Not same work, not same fabric as per description then sure we can accept your exchange and refund. Color is not accepted for exchange or return because the color may vary 10 percentage depend on mobile and desktop screen type.
If you received the wrong product instead of your order then it’s only possible for the exchange of the same order as you order before.
If you received a different size instead of your order size.

Refund and cancellation not acceptable due to late delivery, sometimes product delivery takes much more time than expected.

We have pickup facilities. We Provide 120 Rupees for 1 kg for reverse courier charge.
Register your complaint within 3 days after delivery. Otherwise, we can’t take any action if any issues with the product.
The product will be shipped within 48 hours of the order placed and will be delivered in 5-7 working days if the garment is ready or if the product is not ready then it will take more time we will inform you about the status.
For the prepaid orders if the order is canceled then a refund will be initiated, it takes 7-8 days for the amount to reflect back in your account. If the customer doesn’t receive the refund, please reach us on 8488888461 for faster assistance.

We provide the best shipping service if you have argent and want products in 2-3 days then you can reach us on WhatsApp and email. We take 10 to 12 days of delivery for international orders.
Cancellation by the Asistha
If we don’t have the product in stock or unable to ship the order then it must be canceled, we reserve the right to cancel any order for any order.
Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.
The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Asistha and accepts Asistha’s decision regarding the cancellation.
- Delivery takes 5-7 business days. Delivery time excludes payment verification & administrative processes.

- Your product is Delivery is trackable and 100% insured, we can send tracking details via email or WhatsApp, it’s customers duty to follow up with the courier company after that, we can just help them with exact status of an order along with its location.
- Customer or addressee (anyone living at the address) will be required to sign for the package at the door, it’s compulsory.
- If no one is at home/office to receive it, redelivery will be attempted up to 2 more times. You will be contacted by the courier company for a suitable time for redelivery.
